Great-sounding, classic-looking speakers
Klipsch The Sevens speakers are well-suited to serve as the main speakers in your entertainment center. For starters, they have a very elegant look, with real wood veneer and metal knobs and switches. They also deliver classic Klipsch sound quality — each boasts a 6-1/2" high-excursion woofer and a 1" tweeter in the company's signature Tractrix® horn.
The active speaker has a built-in amplifier that delivers 100 watts of power to each channel, so there's no need for a receiver. And a left/right switch on the back lets you choose the configuration that works best for you.
Plenty of connections
The active speaker features an HDMI ARC input, so you can boost the sound coming from a compatible TV. There's also an optical digital audio input, plus a USB Type B input for connecting your computer. The stereo RCA analog audio input can be used to connect a standard source, or you can switch on the built-in phono preamp and connect a turntable. And there's Bluetooth for streaming music from your mobile device.
If you find you want more bass — and who can say no to a little more low end — there's a mono RCA output for adding an optional powered subwoofer.
